- CallerHi, can I book my usual adjustment with Dr Lee next week?
- ChimehillOf course. Can I confirm your name and date of birth first, so I open the right file?
- CallerJordan Smith, 3 May 1988.
- ChimehillThanks, Jordan. Dr Lee has Tuesday at 7:45 am or Wednesday at 5:30 pm. Which suits?
Follow-up booked with the usual chiropractor
- Identity checked before the record is opened
- Only that chiropractor's real free slots offered
- Confirmed once your software saved it
- CallerI've never been to a chiropractor. Can I book in?
- ChimehillYes. A first consultation is a longer appointment so the chiropractor can take a full history. I have Monday at 8:00 am or Tuesday at 5:30 pm.
- CallerTuesday, please.
- ChimehillThat's saved in the diary: Tuesday at 5:30 pm, first consultation. Is there anything else?
New patient consultation booked
- Books the first-consultation appointment type
- New patient details taken for your records
- “Saved” only after the diary confirms
- CallerI need to move Thursday's appointment.
- ChimehillNo problem. Can I confirm your name and date of birth?
- CallerMia Brown, 14 June 1991.
- ChimehillThanks, Mia. Friday at 8:15 am is free with the same chiropractor — shall I move it there?
Moved to Friday 8:15 am
- Re-checks the new slot right before saving
- Frees the old slot for someone else
- Summary added to the call log
- CallerCan I claim my adjustments on my health fund?
- ChimehillI can't confirm what your fund covers — the team can. I'll ask them to call you on Monday morning.
- CallerThat's fine.
- ChimehillDone. They'll have your name and number and know it's about your health fund.
Callback task for the front desk
- No guesses about cover or rebates
- Callback task with a short summary
- Caller told when to expect the call
- CallerMy neck's been really sore since yesterday. Should I come in or rest it?
- ChimehillI'm not able to advise on that — it's a question for your chiropractor.
- ChimehillI can book the next available appointment, or ask a chiropractor to call you back. Which would you prefer?
- CallerA call back, please.

Chimehill runs the desk. Your chiropractors run the care.

- Regular adjustments and follow-ups with the usual chiropractor

- Prices, hours, parking and what to bring — from your approved answers
- Callers who want a person: a transfer or a callback task

- Pain, symptoms and “should I come in?” questions
- Health fund, rebate and invoice questions
- Workers' compensation and third-party claims

Administrative, never clinical
Chimehill never assesses, triages or advises. A caller describing symptoms is offered an appointment or a callback from a chiropractor, and urgent language follows the escalation script your clinicians approved.
Your answers, your appointment types
It only books what you allow and only says what you've approved. Unsure means it hands over.

Questions clinics ask us
Can it rebook regular adjustments with the same chiropractor?
Yes. After confirming who's calling, it looks up their usual chiropractor and offers that practitioner's real free times. If none suit, it can offer another chiropractor if you allow that, or take a callback.
How does it handle first consultations?
You choose which appointment type new patients get. Chimehill books first consultations as that longer type and takes the new patient's details — it never squeezes a new patient into a standard adjustment slot.
What if a caller describes pain or symptoms?
It doesn't assess or advise. It offers the next available appointment or a callback from a chiropractor, and urgent language follows the escalation script your clinicians approved.
Can it answer health fund questions?
Only with facts you've approved, like whether you have on-the-spot claiming. Questions about what a caller's fund will cover go to your team as a callback task.
Which practice software does it book into?
Cliniko, Splose, PracSuite and Nookal. Chimehill reads live availability and only says an appointment is booked once your software has saved it. Using something else? Tell us when you book a demo.
Can we keep our clinic phone number?
Yes. You forward calls to Chimehill — all calls, only overflow when the desk is busy, or only after hours — and you can change that or switch it off whenever you like.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $249 a month (AUD) for 100 calls; the recommended plan is $379 for 200 calls. Calls past your allowance are $2.70 each. Every plan starts with 14 days free and there are no lock-in contracts.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Chimehill introduces itself as your clinic's virtual receptionist on every call, and a caller who asks for a person always gets your configured fallback — a transfer or a callback.
Every call deserves an answer.
