At a glance

Chimehill at a glance for Splose clinics

  • The call is answered

Chimehill picks up as your clinic when your team can't, day, night and weekends, and works out what the caller needs.

  • Splose is checked live

Before offering a time, it reads the real free slots in Splose, using only the appointment types and practitioners you allow.

  • Saved, then confirmed

Bookings, moves and cancellations are saved in Splose first. Only then does the caller hear it's done.

The problem

Your Splose calendar is full of sessions, and so is your day

When every practitioner is in a session, nobody is free to answer. Parents ring between school runs, clients ring after work, and a missed call often means a booking that goes elsewhere. Chimehill answers, checks Splose and books the right service.

What it does

What Chimehill does in your Splose calendar

Photo of a practice manager organising the week's sessions in a calm allied-health office
  • Uses your own services

Offers the Splose services you choose, at their own lengths, so an initial assessment never lands in a short slot.

  • Books the right practitioner

Keeps clients with the practitioner they already see, and offers others only if you allow it.

  • Handles parents and carers

Takes the caller's details and the client's name for the booking, and never asks why they're coming in.

  • Moves and cancels sessions

Checks who's calling, reads your notice policy and re-checks the new time before saving it.

  • Passes funding questions on

NDIS, plan manager and other funding questions go to your team as a callback task. Chimehill never guesses what a plan covers.

Built for healthcare

Careful with every call

Chimehill uses only the Splose details it needs to find or make a booking. It never reads or writes clinical notes or funding details, and it confirms a booking only once Splose has saved it.

  • Never clinical. No diagnosis, triage or treatment advice
  • Checks who's calling before opening or changing a booking
  • Urgent or distressing calls follow the escalation script your clinicians approve
  • Tells callers they're booked only once your software confirms it

FAQ

Questions about Chimehill and Splose

How does Chimehill connect to Splose?

You connect your Splose account during set-up, with our team on the call. There's nothing to install on clinic computers.

Can it double-book my Splose diary?

Chimehill re-checks the slot right before saving. If someone else took it, it offers the caller another time instead.

Can Chimehill see clinical notes in Splose?

Chimehill is administrative only. It uses availability, appointment types, practitioners and the patient details needed to find or make a booking.

What if Splose is slow or unavailable?

Chimehill never says "you're booked" until Splose confirms the save. If it can't confirm, it tells the caller the booking isn't confirmed yet and creates a callback task for your team.

Does it use our Splose services and practitioners as they are?

Yes. Chimehill offers the services and practitioners you choose from your Splose account, so callers are only offered times your team would offer.

Can we keep our clinic phone number?

Yes. You forward calls to Chimehill — all calls, only overflow when the desk is busy, or only after hours — and you can change that or switch it off whenever you like.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $249 a month (AUD) for 100 calls; the recommended plan is $379 for 200 calls. Calls past your allowance are $2.70 each. Every plan starts with 14 days free and there are no lock-in contracts.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Chimehill introduces itself as your clinic's virtual receptionist on every call, and a caller who asks for a person always gets your configured fallback — a transfer or a callback.

Every call deserves an answer.
