Chimehill at a glance for kinesiology clinics
Picking up while the desk is busyThe call is answered
Chimehill picks up as your clinic when your team can't, day, night and weekends, and works out what the caller needs.
Your diary is checked live
Before offering a time, it reads the real free slots in your practice software, using only the appointment types and practitioners you allow.
Saved, then confirmed
Bookings, moves and cancellations are saved in your practice software first. Only then does the caller hear it's done.
Your phone rings during a long session
A kinesiology session asks for your full attention, and you can't step out of it. People ring to book a first visit, to ask what the session will be like, or to pencil in their next follow-up. Chimehill answers each one, so the room stays yours.
Mid-sessionA quiet room. A ringing phone.
A session takes your full attention. You can't step out to pick up.
Lunch breakThe desk is empty
Reception steps away, but new clients still ring.
After hoursThe clinic is closed
People ring after work to book their first session. Chimehill answers and books them in.
Answer every call without leaving the session

Books initial consults
The longer first visit with history-taking at the length you set, into a real slot with the right kinesiologist.
Rebooks follow-up cycles
A short run of follow-ups with the same kinesiologist, each slot re-checked before saving so you never double-book over a long session.
Answers what-to-expect
Session length, what to wear, how many visits most people book and parking, from answers you approve. It never says what kinesiology can treat.
Handles reschedules
Moves and cancels appointments after an identity check, reads your notice policy and re-checks the new slot before saving.
Loops in your team
"Will kinesiology help my condition?", health history and anything clinical go to you with a short summary.

Chimehill reads your live diary in Cliniko, Splose, PracSuite or Nookal and books in real time. A caller is told they're booked only once your software saves it.

Careful with every call
Chimehill never says what kinesiology can treat, and never takes health history on the phone. Anything clinical goes to your kinesiologists, and urgent language follows the escalation script you approved.
- Never clinical. No diagnosis, triage or treatment advice
- Checks who's calling before opening or changing a booking
- Urgent or distressing calls follow the escalation script your clinicians approve

Questions clinics ask us
Can it book the longer initial consult?
Yes. You choose the appointment type for new clients, and Chimehill books the initial consult as that longer type, offering only real free times.
Can it answer what-to-expect questions?
Yes, from the notes you've approved — session length, what to wear, how many visits most people book and parking. If a question isn't in your notes, it says so and offers a callback.
What if someone asks a clinical question?
It stops and sends the call to you as a callback. Chimehill never guesses on symptoms, interactions or whether kinesiology will help a condition.
Will it take a new client's health history?
No. Chimehill doesn't collect health details on the call. Intake questions go to you as a callback task, so your own intake form or first visit stays the same.
Which practice software does it book into?
Cliniko, Splose, PracSuite and Nookal, live as of October 2026. Chimehill reads live availability and only says an appointment is booked once your software has saved it. Using something else? Tell us when you book a demo.
Can we keep our clinic phone number?
Yes. You forward calls to Chimehill — all calls, only overflow when the desk is busy, or only after hours — and you can change that or switch it off whenever you like.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $249 a month (AUD) for 100 calls; the recommended plan is $379 for 200 calls. Calls past your allowance are $2.70 each. Every plan starts with 14 days free and there are no lock-in contracts.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Chimehill introduces itself as your clinic's virtual receptionist on every call, and a caller who asks for a person always gets your configured fallback — a transfer or a callback.
Every call deserves an answer.
Hear Chimehill answer as your clinic, booking into your own practice software.
